Return & Refund Policy

1. Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with EU Directive 2011/83/EU and German law, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving any reason.

2. Important Exception — Sealed Audio Recordings

Pursuant to §312g(2) No. 6 BGB (German Civil Code), the right of withdrawal does not apply to audio recordings where the protective seal has been broken after delivery.

By placing your order, you acknowledge and accept this condition in accordance with applicable EU and German consumer law.

3. How to Initiate a Return

To exercise your right of withdrawal for sealed CDs, follow these steps:

1. Email us at nicolassimion@gmail.com with subject: Return Request — Order #[your order number]
2. Include your name, order number, and the item(s) you wish to return
3. Wait for our confirmation and return address — we will reply within 2 business days
4. Ship the sealed product back within 14 days of our confirmation

Please ensure the CD is securely packaged to avoid damage during return shipping.

4. Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are borne by the customer, unless:

• The product was delivered in error (wrong item sent)
• The product arrived defective or damaged

In those cases, we will cover the full cost of return shipping.

5. Refunds

Upon receipt and inspection of the returned item, we will process your refund within 14 days. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout.

We reserve the right to deduct an amount reflecting any reduction in value if the product shows signs of use beyond what is necessary to inspect it.

6. Defective or Incorrect Products

If you receive a defective or incorrect product, please contact us within 14 days of delivery:

• Include your order number, a description of the issue, and a photograph

We will arrange a replacement or issue a full refund at no cost to you, including return shipping.
